QT-007 Silicone ink heat transfer release film QT-007 heat transfer vinyl film is used for screen printing with silicone ink. After heat transfer the brand appears in a matte effect.

The thickness of this film is 100 um and it has a great temperature resistance which makes it ideal for application in high temperature requirements. As the silicone pattern is always very thick it needs to be printed several times and the heating times are longer. Because of this it is necessary to use films that can withstand a high temperature when using silicone ink or a hot melt adhesive.

2. Size information: 39×54cm 64×48cm 50×70cm or as per customer requirements.
3. Heat transfer temperature: 160 degrees or depending on the melting point of adhesives or hot melt powders used
4. Heat transfer time: 12 seconds
