What is thermal transfer printing?
The carrier of heat transfer film is the bottom film, generally there are OPP, PET, PVC, CP, four materials.
1. OPP: Large scalability, high impact pressure, but poor high temperature resistance.
2. PET: Low elasticity and good stability. The most widely used thermal transfer substrate, 80% of the material is made of this material.
3, PVC: corrosion resistance, good insulation.
4, CP: Hot stamping temperature is low, strong scalability, suitable for EVA, PVC products.
The decorative process of heat transfer printing is the process of transferring the decorative patterns of heat transfer printing onto the surface of the decorated building materials through one-time heating of heat transfer printing film to form a high-quality decorative mask. In the heat transfer process, the use of heat and pressure of the joint action to make the protective layer and pattern layer from polyester substrate separation, hot melt glue to make the entire decorative layer and the substrate for a long time. Heat transfer film is made of polyethylene film as the backing paper printed with wood decorative layer. The surface is coated with a protective layer, a base layer, a defilm layer and a hot melt layer.
